A ‘Deck-ade’ of cards! by Amy

Recently (with an idea in mind) I purchased the ‘Game-On’ JAP kit with the fabulous bundle deal!
My sister has a young family with never-ending birthday parties, so I figured a bag full of 10 handmade cards from 1 to 10 would be ideal as a gift.

All of the cards consist of coloured A4 cardstock and patterned paper from my stash (and a brown paper bag as well). You could improvise and use a nice tin instead, if you have one around.

In making cards 1, 3 and 4, as pictured, I have used the following items from the ‘Game-On’ JAP kit and bundle deal: mini stencil (offset boxes), journal cards, mini wood veneer hexagons, die cut ephemera pieces, and a paper clip flag. From the D-Lish store, I have also used D-Lish dots and sequins.
For card 2, the paper bag is the orange polka dot bag from the ‘Game-On’ JAP kit and I have decorated it with a journal card from this collection. The wooden button is from the store.

Counting on to cards 5, 6 and 7…
From the ‘Game-On’ JAP kit and bundle deal I used the following items: die cut ephemera pieces, flair, arrow-shaped patch in royal blue, mini stencil (offset boxes), and journal cards.
I am a fan of D-Lish Dots, so of course, they had to be added! (highly addictive! 😊 )

With card number 7, the sentiment ‘happy’ is from the Creative Cuts Collection in the store. I have inked it black, to allow it to stand out.

Next with, cards 8, 9 and 10…
First, with number 8, I have used a Black Polka Dot bag from the store and decorated it with: journal card, lime mini bow, and, again, die cut ephemera pieces from the ‘Game-On’ JAP kit. The vellum polka dot stars were from a past JAP kit.

With cards 9 and 10, I have used flair, wood veneer words, journal cards, mini wood veneer hexagons and more ephemera die cuts.

With the gift bag, (I couldn’t resist) I decorated it before placing all the handmade cards inside it for my sister.
I trimmed the orange card, decorated with some more die cuts, a flair and wooden hexagon, and tassel and twine from the ‘Game-On’ JAP kit. The black speech bubble is from the creative cuts collection in store. It was awesome fun, making this bundle and the value of this kit and bundle deal is excellent!

Thank you for dropping by,

Amy😊
