Hi all! Thank you for popping in to the D-Lish Scraps blog today.
New month = new Inspiration Board!
When I first saw the colours and theme for this month, I immediately knew I had the perfect stamp for this… this super boy stamp that has been in my stash for ages.
It was a nice process to stamp this ‘lil’ guy onto watercolour paper and then, using the colours of this months Inspiration Board, I painted the four images.
After I carefully cut them all out, I mounted them onto four prepared backgrounds.
For this first card, I used the following goodies from the D-Lish Scraps store: veneer stars from the ‘Boys Rule’ JAP kit, glitter dots in red and the sentiment was trimmed from the die-cut Journal Card from the ‘Boys Rule’ JAP kit.
And finally, for the belt on all the stamp images, I used round cabochons from a past JAP kit.
For this one, the stamp was mounted onto a 5x7 paper bag. The sequins and blue stars were from the ‘Boys Rule’ JAP kit and the sentiment and arrow strip are from the Journal Pack from the June ‘Game On’ JAP kit. One of my favourite embellishments from the store was used here: a shaped wooden button.
Here a blue and white 5x7 paper bag was placed behind the superboy. From the store, I used a flair and a Bitty Bow clip.
For this last card, I used (from the store) a flair and coloured wire. The blue stars are from the ‘Boys Rule’ JAP kit.
Thank you for popping by.
I hope you have fun creating your own project from this month’s ‘Boy Wonder’ Inspiration Board!
