Hope you are all well today!?
Today I am sharing a LO that I did of my son recently. I have been playing a bit with different mediums recently and the I pulled out a powdered watercolour paint that I had forgotten I had. I sprinkled it on my page and sprayed it with water and fell in love with the effect.
Once it was dry I squiggled lines all over the paint and added some random stamping with stamps I that I got from D-lish in last years Christmas Advent Calendar. (It was sooooo cool to open up a package with a D-lish goodie in it every day of December till Christmas and even though I know Christmas is a while away, I so hope the Boss Lady does the same thing this year!) I then added some yellow texture past through a D-lish stencil and used a yellow sharpie to add a little bit more colour to my drips.
I then added some yellow punchinella to give some more depth to the LO and for good measure I also added a few faceted D-lish dots.
I love the effect of the paper poking through the creative cuts.
I then used a random sticker I had for the title, but found it was blending in too much to the page - so to make it pop a bit more - I cut out part of a chevron from a D-lish bag and tucked it in behind. The black dots are one of the D-lish stamps that I have used.
Well, that is it for now.
As usual - thanks so much for looking and I hope I have inspired you to go and create.
Till next time,
