"Happy", by Amanda H

Hi all!

Last Friday we launched a new round of challenges for our Cybercrop at The Scrap Suite.

Here is the page I created for the challenge - my challenge is "Cut it Out" - to create a project that uses fussy cutting and/or die cuts.

Image may contain: 1 person, text

My "Cut" elements include:
* Fussy cutting around the photo
* Fussy cutting hearts from the patterned paper
* Creative Cuts from in store  (I used: happy word title, leaves and geometric heart)

To create the geometric heart - I glued it to a piece of flat white cardstock and cut around it. I then used shimmery water colours to paint the different cut out triangles.

Other creative cuts were painted in matching colour tones.

Behind the photo, I layered a paper lace doily.

My main D-lish embellishments used on the page are:
* Rustic Blooms - (I love this blue tone!)

You will see these scattered and layered throughout the layout.

I love the colours and the feel to this layout. I do love a little fussy cutting and adding diecuts to this is perfect!

Hope you join the challenges running until mid-February at The Scrap Suite.

Thanks for looking,
Amanda
